Section like hairstyle, Beardstyle and Frames are not responding. It is just showing loading circle and nothing else.

I paid for the app, not showing hairstyles, only allowing some hair colours etc.

It is Not Showing anything in Hairstyles, Fashion and Trends. It comes only white screen and nothing

Instead of detecting face shape, the app is asking me for input and showing the same as my face shape.

App freezes/crashes after clicking on any feature (make up, hair, etc.). It goes to the camera screen and then freezes after about 1 second.

Nothing is working

The app thinks I have a heart-shaped face but I am certain my face is Square shaped. Face descriptions don't fit me (you have a weak chin and jawline so you should have your beautiful like this or that).

I paid for the annual premium acct. The app was not working so I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now it says I have to pay for premium again to access the itemsi paid for. How do I get a refund? Or get access?
